About Me

Welcome! I’m a Licensed Master’s Clinical Social Worker based in Michigan, with a Doctorate in Education specializing in Community Care & Counseling: Traumatology. My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens in a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment. I offer a holistic approach to therapy that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit—and, when desired by the client, integrates faith-based practices and Christian spiritual principles.

My doctoral research focused on how trauma affects student veterans in higher education, and I continue to use that insight—along with the latest neuroscientific research and evidence-based treatments—to help clients navigate their unique healing journeys.

I have experience working with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including:
